Return & Exchange Policy

Shop Voglio gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, that was shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Returns must be received and processed within 30 days to receive a refund to the original form of payment. Email us at shopvoglio.us@outlook.com to get a response from our team and obtain the prepaid shipping label. When using our prepaid label process, $7.50 will be deducted from your refund. Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your credit in 3-5 business days. You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, traceable method. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item.
